This position is a remote position based in the APAC timezone.
Responsibilities
Bridge the gap between Sales and bloXroute’s technical products and services
Act as a technical contact for prospective and existing users
Work closely with the Engineering and Support team with addressing technical solutions for users
Work on RFQ and RFP
Help the Marketing team with technical areas such as website content, promotions etc
Collect feedback that can help with enhancing product development
Develop and analyze product metrics to understand performance, user engagement, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with a distributed team in a fast-paced environment
