Technical Product Group Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product  Group Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and exceptional leadership abilities. This role will involve leading a team of technical product managers in the development and execution of product strategies, driving product innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet the needs of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of technical product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Set clear goals and objectives, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and refine product strategies that align with company goals and market needs. Lead the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, address technical challenges, and drive the implementation of scalable and high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and external partners, to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmap.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or performance, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in a technical product management role, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills both in Hebrew and in English, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation and excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
