The Technical Product Analyst, role is part of the Supply Chain technology team within Global Technology Enterprise Products and Platform (EPP). The role reports to the Senior Manager of Sourcing. This role is responsible for helping to drive outcomes for the Supply Chain Product Information Management platform, managing the agile product and process, driving better user experience and adoption, and ensuring alignment with the Global and Market Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Contributes to features from ideation, implementation, deployment all the way through maintenance and support.
- Provides input into the functional design and acceptance criteria of business requirements, in a manner developers can understand and validate.
- Writes epics, user stories, acceptance criteria in automation scripts and assists in leading all agile events as part of the product team.
- Collaborates with other product teams, technical architects, developers, and tech leads to understand and guide the technology roadmap.
- Verifies the results of testing and raises defects/issues against the features owned. Tracks defects to ensure resolutions are implemented.
- Supports the end-to-end testing of the feature and provides sign-off for the code release into production.
- Validates the production release by working with business users utilizing test accounts in production environment.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across the company.
- Understands customer issues, converting them into problem statements and provides out of box solutions using design thinking.
- Acts as scrum leader, working with teams to drive improved agile behaviors and support PI planning activities.
- Passion for online and mobile technology, and knowledge of industry structure, trends and influential technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and manner to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capabilities working/leading Agile and using Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledgeable about software development / programming due to the technical nature of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has some experience in change and design initiatives, covering areas such as operations, IT, and product development.
- Experience in writing SQL or NoSQL queries and/or designing reports with either relational data or big data.
- Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or equivalent low code platforms.
- Experience in user centric designs to drive the right customer journey outcomes.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud.
Experience
- 2+ years of product execution / technical business analyst experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of equivalent experience.
- Direct experience working in an Agile team, preferred Scrum Master.
- Experience defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Agile Scrum Practices.
