Position Title: Program Manager
Experience Required: 8+ years
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with 6-8 years of experience to oversee multiple projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a strategic mindset to align projects with the overall business goals. Immediate availability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and define program scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-project activities and manage program dependencies. Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Lead and mentor project managers and project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success. Track and report on program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy and business objectives. Facilitate program governance and decision-making processes. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program management function. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate with stakeholders for various programs under your area, ensuring strong follow-up and engagement. Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership, showcasing program progress and outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in program management, preferably in [industry/sector]. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs and projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder follow-up, tracking, and coordination skills. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership. Preferred Skills:
Experience with change management and driving organizational change initiatives. Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes. Experience working in a matrixed environment. Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
