In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring bank incidents, solving bank registration issues, bank discovery and managing customer registrations. This role requires active collaboration with Yapily Engineering teams and Financial Institutions on tasks such as bank traffic monitoring, incident management, licence management, and improving the quality of our Open Banking integrations. As a subject matter expert and function owner, your primary focus will be on maintaining seamless operations within a rapidly evolving landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong collaborative skills, will be solutions-focused, able to follow and improve operational procedures that support efficient Bank Operations.

Requirements
- Monitor and resolve bank-related incidents and registration issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for client registrations, guiding users through troubleshooting steps to resolve Open Banking certificate issues, with a focus on connectivity, authentication, and configuration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Yapily Engineering teams, Product teams, and financial institutions on tasks such as bank traffic monitoring, incident management, licence management, and improving the quality of Open Banking integrations.
- Ensure SLA (Service Level Agreements) targets are met, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting steps, known issues, and resolutions, and share this knowledge across the team.
- Work with product teams to contribute to bank discovery efforts by gathering information from bank documentation and translating it into actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Ability to gather and write clear, detailed technical requirements for engineers around leveraging data into existing or new features.
- The ability to work independently and manage fluctuations in workload effectively.
- Experience in using Postman and familiarity with RESTful APIs, with the ability to test and debug API requests effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Capacity to identify and address operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Experience in using project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and ensure project success
- Familiarity with Open Banking APIs and related technologies, with experience interpreting API documentation and registering certificates with financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) is preferred

Preferred experience:
- Previous experience in a Fintech or SAAS B2B company
- Familiarity with big data queries and tools like Looker.

- Exposure to technical support in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
