Technical Operations Manager

Overseeing administrative functions, leading team, coordinating projects, managing IT hardware and software, providing consulting and training services, and participating in technology standards development within TOM in Latvia, Lithuania, and Czech Republic.

  • Lead and direct TOM Latvia, Lithuania and Czech Republic teams to ensure the department deliveries compliance with the requirements provided by the business.
  • Strategic planning and goal setting, KPI tracking, project coordination, cost benefit analysis, and return of investment comparisons.  
  • Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders for research, initiatives, needs assessments, etc.
  • Responsible for installation and life-cycle maintenance of studio related IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software).
  • Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems.
  • Plan and track team member growth and skill development.
  • Serves as the TOM point of contact and accountable for the TOM portion of new studio setups, etc.
  • Responsible for integration of new technologies to provide solutions based on new project requirements.
  • Participates in the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate.

Execution of job duties requires:

  • Secondary (higher, special etc.) education.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • 3 to 5 years related working experience or equivalent combination.
  • Ability to lead technical teams that integrate technologies software, hardware, electrical and mechanical solutions to provide innovations based on new project requirements.
  • Experience with specialized software applications, including Visio and Auto Cad. May require database management skills with ability to produce reports.
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret data.
  • High sense of responsibility; The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • Gross monthly salary starting from 3720 EUR based on the experience.
