Compensation: $88,000 - $110,000 salary (including superannuation), employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
About the role:
Rokt’s Customer Operations team is responsible for the build, implementation, QA and troubleshooting of our solutions with our partners and clients in a way that ensures the long-term health of its network. We are seeking an experienced operator that can raise the bar and manage Rokt’s most complex implementations and internal processes, as it enters a period of hypergrowth.
Depending on the level of experience, this person can act as an owner or deputy owner across one of many specialist program areas, while also contributing to the core work output of the team. This core work involves building and maintaining integrations, campaigns, enforcing campaign policies, defining and improving internal policies and procedures, developing a more scalable campaign QA within the organization and network. You are a key piece of the puzzle that helps convert our customer objectives into results at Rokt.
