- Collaborate with Translation and Dev teams to streamline localization processes and translation technology
- Support daily translation operations, including overseeing translation requests in our ticket system (JIRA)
- Test and QA translated output, assist cross-funtional teams (Engineering, Product) in resolving localization issues at any stage of product life cycle.
- Partner with the Line Manager to audit processes and explore solutions, driving Team’s (and business) operations cost-efficiently
- Optimize platform setup (settings, branching, source keys) to streamline translation workflow and reduce technicalities
- Explore tools and automations (Figma integration, In-context editor, ICU and pluralization, MT and Translation Memory) to further expand language scope and translation capabilities
- Facilitates the transition of business products to Crowdin, handling API access and developer queries
- 3-5 years of experience configuring and leveraging translation software. You understand settings and workflows of standard TMS or CAT tools. Experience using Crowdin is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in highly dynamic product development environments. You easily communicate with all cross-functional teams (dev, business, marketing) and stakeholders involved in product development.
- Comfortable tackling increasing operational complexity, unafraid to dive into detail and help deliver multiple projects simultaneously (campaigns / feature updates / new products).
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools to oversee and track localization requests efficiently.
- University degree in Computer Science, Linguistics or similar
- Proficient in 1 or more foreign languages, besides English
- Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, API), as well as knowledge of GitHub are a plus
- Comfortable working in adult industry
