As a Tech Lead in Frontend Development with a focus on web development, your mission is to drive the conversion of potential customers through various marketing touchpoints, ensuring they are convinced of the product to the extent that they willingly initiate the trial phase and subsequently subscribe to the service.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our website using your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks.
- You support our Marketing organization in managing our Webflow-based Website and integrate our custom toolkits.
- You maintain and enhance our existing tracking setup, leveraging your strong understanding of REST APIs and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- You support the team in optimizing our internal marketing tools, including CRM, CRO, and tracking systems, translating non-tech requirements into technical specifications.
- You implement marketing technologies such as tag management systems and tracking scripts, showcasing practical knowledge in server-side tag management.
- You demonstrate a passion for coding by actively participating in the development process, ensuring high-quality and efficient code delivery.
Your Qualification:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, e.g., React, Gatsby, Next.js, Express.js, or Node.js.
- You possess experience with Webflow and strong proficiency in NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, coupled with a deep understanding of REST APIs.
- You are familiar with design patterns as well as with cookie-consent managers, tracking scripts, and ideally, the technical aspects of A/B testing.
- Your ability to translate non-tech requirements into tech specifications - and vice verca - is crucial.
- Being fluent in both German and English is essential, enabling seamless communication within the team and across departments.
