Role description:

We are looking for a Technical Integration Manager! As a Technical Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our global carrier network. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting carrier performance to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be working on:

• Perform technical integrations with carriers and freight forwarders via available integration methods (EDI, API, Flatfile)
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve any incidents that may impact service quality and ensure real-time visibility into carrier performance metrics;
• Communicate directly and follow-up with carriers/capacity providers to ensure their integration success;
• Identify, assists, and nudge carrier/capacity provider partners that are not delivering an optimal performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Customer Support, to align network operations with business objectives and customer needs;
• Identify and implement process improvements for daily operations.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Ideally experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation operations, Carrier Relations, Carrier Procurement, and/or Systems Integrations
• 2+ years of experience:
  • Logistics Operations, and/or
  • Carrier Onboarding, and/or
  • Carrier Procurement.
• Technical integration (EDI/Flat file/API) experience
• Previous experience working with Kibana
• Quick learner, especially around industry knowledge and for technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Passion for carrier/customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; other languages such as French or German are advantageous
• Ability to manage your own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office three days weekly

When our vendor Accurate will reach out to, you will be asked for your consent.
