As a Technical Implementation Consultant,you’ll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll work directly with leading companies, understanding their unique needs, and architecting innovative solutions that leverage the full power of our platform.

What you'll be doing

• Project manage the implementation of Hook from start to finish and ensure that each team has delivered to the expected standard
• Understand what success means to the customer and deliver the implementation of Hook to those specifications, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction
• Meet tight implementation timelines, delivering results within the specified 28-day period consistently
• Offer expert advice on leveraging Hook features for tasks such as renewal forecasting, time management, and process automation
• Partner with the customer to understand their current data sources and how they’re stored, to translate the data into metrics that can build our engagement model
• Work closely with the engineering team to analyse customer datasets and identify any potential issues
• Propose innovative solutions to address customer challenges, ensuring timely delivery within the pre-onboarding phase
• Consolidate feedback and collaborate with the product team to prioritise feature development and improvements
• Develop efficient onboarding processes that facilitate smooth transitions for new clients onto our platform
• Successfully lead pre-sales projects to showcase Hooks platform capabilities to potential clients

Requirements

• Essential: Strong experience using SQL for complex queries
• Essential: Strong internal and external communication skills
• Data consulting experience or a customer-facing role in a data-led company
• Interested in data, AI, machine learning and Cloud software models
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
• A good eye for detail - you will be working on complex datasets so it’s important that you can plan your work effectively and drill into the details
