We are looking for a technical expert passionate about hardware, electrical engineering, or security systems, who is ready to share their expertise and make training for our partners engaging and valuable!
Your role: You will create training materials for our B2B partners: from writing informative texts to shooting videos demonstrating products and explaining technological aspects. You will be a key player in enhancing our partners' knowledge by providing all the necessary materials for mastering the company’s products and solutions.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Ability to create content by collaborating with experts, consultants, and publicly available information sources.
- Basic understanding of physics principles.
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Knowledge and successful use of online and offline learning methods and tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of creating scripts for YouTube(or another video platforms) projects and educational materials aimed at an international audience.
- Ability to analyze training content effectiveness and make strategic decisions regarding methodologies, formats, and promotion.
- Experience in engineering roles such as installation, setup, and servicing of security systems, access control systems, structured cabling systems, or electrical equipment.
- Experience writing scripts, particularly for technical topics (e.g., security technologies, smart home systems, video surveillance, access control systems).
- Experience in creating technical instructions and guides.
Responsibilities:
- Create tasks for the development of courses, presentations, and product reviews; analyze results.
- Create training materials (courses, lectures, product reviews, and presentations) in collaboration with experts, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Formulate technical assignments for other departments to create supplementary materials, manage communication, and oversee deadlines.
- Analyze feedback from users of Ajax Academy across various markets to identify their needs.
- Stay updated on educational trends for similar audiences and adopt innovative approaches.
- Develop testing methodologies for internal and external users and design tests for training courses.
