Job Description:
Experienced in Hyland OnBase with AWS cloudbase infrastructure.
Experienced in designing content taxonomy, document types, document migration, indexing in Hyland Onbase. software professional specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Hyland OnBase platform, which is an enterprise content management (ECM) system, by utilizing its APIs, workflow tools, and functionalities to meet specific business needs, often requiring expertise in core OnBase modules like WorkView, Unity Script, and Forms, while translating complex business requirements into technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom application development: Designing and building custom OnBase applications, including forms, workflows, and integrations with external systems using the OnBase API. Requirement analysis: Understanding client needs and translating them into functional specifications for OnBase development.
Workflow design: Creating and managing complex workflows within OnBase, including defining process steps, routing rules, and data validation. Integration development: Integrating OnBase with other systems like CRM, ERP, or other applications using APIs and middleware. Data migration: Migrating existing data into the OnBase system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Testing and quality assurance: Thoroughly testing custom OnBase applications to ensure functionality, stability, and performance. Troubleshooting and support: Identifying and resolving issues within OnBase applications, providing technical support to users. Version upgrades and maintenance: Keeping up with OnBase updates and applying necessary upgrades to existing applications.
