Join us in this exciting newly created role of Technical CDP Solution Architect in the Customer Engagement team and support our Marketplaces to leverage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technology landscape capabilities.
In this role, you will shape and implement solutions within our CDP, Bloomreach Engagement, and marketing technology ecosystem. Your work will enhance user experiences on our digital platforms. Collaborating with all our Brands, you will turn business requirements into technical specifications and solutions:
Evaluate, design, and implement solutions within our CDP and marketing tech ecosystem.
Advise the Customer Engagement team on best practices and tech advancements.
Conduct feasibility assessments and provide insights.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams for seamless integration.
Configure and manage CDP settings, including API integrations.
Integrate the CDP with other platforms (e.g., CRM, advertising, analytics).
Manage data transformation and ingestion processes.
Identify and resolve technical issues in the CDP.
Develop and maintain CDP documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years as a CDP solution architect or consultant.
Experience with Bloomreach Engagement, Tealium AudienceStream, CrossEngage, Segment, or Salesforce CDP
Proficient in managing APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
Strong in HTML, SQL, Jinja.
Skilled in Python or R for data transformation.
Familiar with Salesforce CRM and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook preferred).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile teams.
Excellent English communication; German proficiency a plus.
