Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Azure cloud services, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
Design, implement, and optimize Azure cloud solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and migrations.
Assist in the design and implementation of security measures and compliance controls for Azure cloud environments and network infrastructure.
Document infrastructure configurations, network topologies, and support procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Azure cloud services and network infrastructure.
Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements based on industry best practices and client requirements.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure cloud and network environments.
Design and deploy Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) with subnets and VNet peering for seamless connectivity across resources.
Configure hybrid connectivity solutions such as VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and private endpoints.
Implement Azure Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Traffic Manager for scalable and highly available architectures.
Secure network communication using NSGs (Network Security Groups), WAF, and Azure Firewall.
Automate network deployments with reusable scripts using Terraform, Bicep, and other IaC tools.
Troubleshoot networking issues using diagnostic tools and logs from Azure Network Watcher, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
Qualifications
4+ years' experience in troubleshooting
4+ years' experience in Azure cloud.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Networking Engineer, or equivalent are preferred.
