Our FinTech client strives to provide a personalized digital banking services and money management experience to financial institutions.
They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a background in Java development and a passion for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document them effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement Java-based solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman to ensure the functionality and reliability of APIs.
- Perform basic quality assurance testing to ensure that client requirements are met and that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in Java development or backend systems.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in documentation work, including functional specifications and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman.
- Experience creating user stories and tickets in JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and ability to perform QA testing.
