Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
The ideal candidate should manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand business and IT concepts, best practices, and functions to support technical solutions and solve technical challenges.
- Understand services, DB schemas and integration processes between systems of different technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements Map processes and use cases and analyze business cases.
- Manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshops.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements for the development team.
- Guide the technical teams and developers in project development streams.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related technology field
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Insurance Industry will be considered as a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
