Role Title:  Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document customer requirements, needs, and current processes.
• Create and convey technical specifications, including design, development, and testing plans.
• Identify, assess, and manage technology-related risks.
• Design innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Assess the usability and scalability of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to implement necessary changes.
• Design, document, test, and deploy software solutions.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven skills in researching, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with developers.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
