Act as an information source and communicator between stakeholders effectively always ensuring cross functional alignment using various means including email, channels, shared workspaces, meeting recordings.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Identify and document current and future state business processes, needs and objectives.
Create process workflows, presentations, use cases, scenarios, workflows, and UI mockups.
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders so that they will approve requirements.
Evaluate and analyze information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate/decompose high-level information into details, abstract up/simplify from low-level information to a general understanding so that the IT team can clearly understand the business need.
Work with the IT teams to estimate to various degrees the effort and cost associated with all requirements.
Work with the IT development team to ensure that they understand the business requirements and help them to deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Facilitate QA and UAT handovers.
Communicate and agree requirements change, scope change with all stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform data analysis.
Manage and organize project artifacts effectively.
Be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Work independently with cross functional team under the guidance of senior Business Analysts
Assist in project planning, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience:
4-6 years previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis with proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience with analysis or modelling tools.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Experience managing stakeholders.
Experience in CRM Applications like PRM/Dynamic CRM, SalesForce CRM, marketing Cloud, marketing automation and customer data platforms.
Experience with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA.
Experience with Visio, Draw.io, Figma, Diagram.net, Signavio or BIC platform modeling tools.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to problem solve and apply methodologies to prepare detailed specifications using case statements or user stories.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping using BPMN, use case diagrams, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and the ability to interact professionally with many different types of stakeholders.
