In this role, you will
- As a Technical Architect at NFQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our technical vision. You will work closely with multiple teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
- To design, document, deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
- To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle;
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development process;
- Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
- To support for pre-sales activities (technical proposal and estimation);
- To support recruitment in the company;
- To mentor and train developers from different teams to enhance their technical skills.
What you will bring

English proficiency in both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Big Bonus:
- Experience leading the technical aspects of large-scale projects.
- Proven success in implementing and optimizing service-oriented or microservices architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and champion new technologies.
- Experience with industry regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO...).
