We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Merchant Integrations team in the Merchant Product Group to help POS companies, ERP companies, and other software providers build integrations with Wolt Merchant products at the foundation of Wolt. Our mission is to make Wolt an integral part of our merchants' daily lives. In Merchant Integrations we give them tools and automation that are useful, efficient, reliable, and delightful to use. Essentially, we aim to save hours of our merchant's time with automation - enabling them to focus on doing what they do best. Our users are tens of thousands of restaurants and shops, and hundreds of thousands of merchant employees. Our tools are used by them daily, with a very high degree of engagement.
The role will focus on proactively building product partnerships with 3rd party software providers by ensuring that integration builds are correctly implemented and upgraded. This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Stockholm, or Berlin.
What you’ll be doing
Driving API adoption, including managing incoming integration requests from integrators, reaching out to POS companies, and facilitating integrations with Wolt.
Working with the integrations product team at Wolt to discover product partnership needs across various markets.
Planning and executing integration rollouts to existing and new merchant venues on Wolt.
Guiding implementation: Proposing various integration data flows based on use cases and merchant challenges as well as helping integrators with testing and best practices.
Managing relationships and monitoring integrations.
A solid understanding of APIs and middleware integrations and experience with API testing and management tools such as Postman is a must.
Project management skills to help middleware and software partners implement and manage integrations.
Drive, ownership, and independence. Comfortable working both independently as well as managing a group of stakeholders, often in parallel across multiple topics.
Stellar capabilities in strategic thinking and analytical execution, experience with Looker or other BI tools is a plus!
Hands-on experience with internal IT tools such as ERPs or POS is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to build effective communication with partners
Experience in eastern European markets (Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland) is a plus.
