Technical Account Manager (Cloud)

  • Gain insights into the digital transformation requirements and markets of Türkiye governments and ministries, develop expansion strategies, and guide product competitiveness building.
  • Cooperate with customer lines to develop and maintain relationships with Türkiye government/ministerial executives, and form favorable influence in the field in Turkey.
  • Participate in the development of government projects, provide high-level relationship support, lead high-level communication, and take joint responsibilities for project success and competition results.
  • Work closely with relevant departments of the company, track the policy trends in the government domain of Turkiye, and identify key opportunity windows.


Requirements


  • Have a clear understanding of the digital transformation direction and pace of the Turkiye government/ministerial department, and have a deep understanding of the implementation solution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, policy insight and opportunity identification skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish good trust relationship with different organizations and individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, excellent oral and written skills, English as the working language.
  • Years of Turkiye government/ministerial informatization management and design experience, leading or deeply participating in in informatization projects of Turkish government/ministerial preferred
