About this role:
In this role, the Technical Account Manager will manage a portfolio of large merchants in India. This role provides many opportunities for creative and challenging problem solving.
What You Will Need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) as well as work experience of 3+ years as a technical consultant, software engineer, support engineer or partner/sales engineer.
- Proficient in web and/or mobile technology standards (HTTP, HTML5, JavaScript, web services, REST, OAuth)
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills including speaking to technical and business audience.
- Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders working with all areas of management from senior agents up to executives.
- Experience in payments domain is preferred. Prior experience working with B2B industry is a great plus.
What you’ll do?
- Proposing solutions to merchants by analyzing the business use case.
- Making requirement doc wherever necessary.
- Giving demo, docs walkthrough and updating merchants about the new features.
- Achieving monthly/quarterly milestones by completing outbound merchants integration.
- Working on cross-selling and up-selling products on technical grounds (data driven). - A monthly/quarterly milestone.
- Providing reports with analysis for merchants.
- Conducting in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support.
- Handling merchant tech queries.
- Handling/debugging merchants Integration issues. (All Cashfree products including Mobile, plugins, APIs)
- hands on experience with at least one programming language. Database queries.
- Should be able to integrate Cashfree products using APIs, product SDKs, Mobile SDKs, Plugins (Shopify, Magento, wordpress, etc)
- Maintaining excellent experience for Cashfree merchants - Outbound and Farming.
- Owning the support documentation initiative.
