We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with outstanding communication and organisational skills to help us find and onboard the best talent. You'll be part of a dynamic team, driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to continuously learn, implement best practices, and play a key part in building a strong M47Labs team.

About your day-to-day:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals.
• Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and company fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, refine job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and best practices, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
