Location: Bakersfield, CA
Overview:
Provides Tier 1 Technical Support to internal and external customers. The Technical Support Technician is responsible for acting as the first point of contact to open and resolve tickets.
Primary Duties:
- Provide Services with excellent interpersonal
- Work under pressure while performing multiple task
- Prioritize, organize workload efficient and effectively
- Meet strict deadlines with continual to detail
- Make sound decision using good judgment and problem solving skills
- Communicative effectively using proper grammar and sentence structure
- Learn and provide level 1 support for internal applications used within the CIG environment
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Platforms. Basic network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in frontline service oriented positions.
- Experience with hardware and enterprise application support a plus
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma. At least 1 years of experience in a technical support setting with proven troubleshooting ability.
