The Challenge
Are you eager to kickstart your career in IT recruitment? Think-it is offering a 3-month Recruitment Traineeship Program where you can join our People Domain team and gain firsthand experience as an IT Recruiter in an international company. In this role, you will support our mission to unlock human potential with technology by finding future brilliant Think-iteers. You'll be responsible for providing candidates with a wow-experience by attending to their needs according to our people-centric values. If you're naturally curious, tech-savvy, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Actively source local and international talent using various platforms and tools.
- Support the development and revision of job descriptions and specifications for selected positions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and open positions.
- Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience through proactive, timely communication and empathetic, supportive interactions in line with Think-it values.

Qualifications
- Strong English skills—professional written and verbal fluency is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in communication.
- A strong work ethic and a thirst for learning.
- Genuine interest in technology and a natural curiosity about the tech industry.
- Critical thinker with the ability to learn quickly.
- No previous recruitment experience required.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in additional languages like French or Tunisian Arabic.
- Experience working with international or distributed teams.
- A strong professional network or interest in networking.
