ABOUT THE TEAM

 

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Partners to join our team!

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with our company leaders in Product&Engineering to enable them to make great hiring decisions every day. Together with our People Partners and People Operations team, you will be on a mission to create an exceptional employee lifecycle and help build a culture based on great talent that will grow with us into the best version of Trade Republic.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own and/or support end-to-end recruitment cycle for engineering roles (backend, SRE, mobile, web) - sourcing and candidate attraction, interviewing, coordination and offer management
  • Be a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and hiring panels, providing advice, guidance and coaching whenever necessary 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data hygiene using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Collaborate with People Partners, People Operations and Hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires 
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and People&Culture projects and initiatives as part of our quarterly roadmaps



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven record in managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle for multiple open positions at a time 
  • Advanced awareness and understanding of sourcing and candidate attraction techniques, experience in talent mapping hard to fill roles
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen - you can speak "tech" in and out
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Proficiency in working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, and prioritising a healthy data hygiene 
  • Interest or previous experience in project management alongside day-to-day recruitment tasks (e.g. employer branding, candidate experience) 
  • Can-do mentality and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
