We are actively looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our new teams in Bucharest that will work in a hybrid way in close partnership with colleagues from Switzerland.
What You Will Be Doing
- Being responsible for end to end recruitment process: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, presenting offers, ensuring a proper onboarding for new hires
- Analyzing and innovating the sources of candidates and the ways to advertise effectively
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with HR and Employer Branding departments in Switzerland
- Planning, organizing and participating in company events such as workshops and job fairs
- Preparing recruitment reports
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech / software development companies
- Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
- Passion and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills
- Advanced English level
