▼Background of hire and Responsibilities
PayPay is currently in the process of hiring about several hundred new employees per year. The current organization consists of about 50 people, mainly in their late 20's to mid 30's. We are looking for new positions to strengthen roles, functions, and organizational capabilities in line with the future phase of the company. -Plan and promote recruitment and marketing strategies as well as collect and analyze data of the competitive recruitment market.
-Define job requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, design, manage and improve the hiring process and operations based on data.
-Design interview criteria and provide interviewers training/advice as well as manage hiring events with stakeholders.
-Promote appropriate cost strategy based on ROI and interact with other teams internally (from HRM perspective).
現在PayPayでは年間数百名の新規採用を進行しています。現在の組織は主に20代後半~30代半ばで構成される総勢50名ほどの組織です。今後の会社フェーズにあわせて役割・機能、組織力強化の為、新規ポジションでの募集となります。
【具体的な仕事の内容】
・採用戦略の立案・推進
・採用マーケティング戦略の企画・立案および推進:対象採用マーケットのデータ収集・競合分析および自社採用力向上の為の各施策立案と推進
・各求人要件定義、データに基づく、選考プロセス・オペレーションの設計・改善
・候補者との面談、プロセス進捗管理やステークホルダーとの調整対応
・面接基準の設計および面接官トレーニング/アドバイス
・ROIに基づいた採用適正コスト戦略の推進
・各人事内組織との繋ぎ込み(HRM観点での)
・自社イベント企画/運営サポート
・その他アサインプロジェクトの推進
※まずはエンジニア職が対象となりますが、志向性により全雇用形態が対象となるため、情況により担当業務をアサインします
▼Attraction of this position
-Gain a wealth of knowledge as a recruiter in the process of producing high quality, high volume outputs as a recruiter
-You can be involved in a wide range of tasks, from upstream strategy and tactical design to hands-on work.
-Work in collaboration with recruitment planning and other HR departments (HR planning, HRBP) as required, and gain a high level of experience as an HR professional.
-Contribute as a recruiter to building the organization of a fast-growing company, and in the process, gain skills and experience personal growth.
-Experience with mid-career tech recruiting at an in-house or recruiting firm.
-Good understanding of ATS, talent management and sourcing tools in order to get the right targets.
-Excellent communication skills: Fluent English (No need require Japanese)
-Mid-level or above direct sourcing experience in the mid-career recruiting domain
-Experience in engineering recruiting
-Experience working with overseas nationals.
