We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help build innovative monetization products that drive both user engagement and revenue across our platforms. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in developing and optimizing large-scale ad systems, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision (CV) technologies to enhance content understanding, ad targeting, and taxonomy.

What You'll Do:
- Build Monetization Products: Design and implement innovative ad products that drive revenue and enhance user engagement across platforms.
- Develop Large-Scale Ad Systems: Work on the architecture and development of high-performance, scalable ad systems that power millions of transactions daily.
- Machine Learning & Algorithm Development: Contribute to the iteration of ad algorithms, applying machine learning techniques to improve ad targeting, relevance, and performance.
- NLP & CV Technologies: Use natural language processing and computer vision to improve content understanding, develop semantic taxonomy, and enhance ad relevance through advanced techniques like text analysis, image recognition, and automated content classification.
- Support Organizational Growth: Help accelerate the success of a rapidly growing organization by contributing high-quality code and delivering projects with speed and precision.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Programming Expertise: Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more of the following languages: Go, C/C++, Python.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and formulate effective, clear solutions.
- Experience with Machine Learning & Data Systems: Proven experience with machine learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems.
- Ad Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of key ad-related domains, including brand ads, content ads, auction systems, bidding algorithms, ranking, and ad forecasting.
- Specialized Skills: Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, ranking systems, recommendation algorithms, large-scale systems, or data science.
- Product Sense: Strong product intuition with experience designing and implementing features that solve real-world user problems.
