Skills Required
- Proficient in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework
- Extensive experience with building and deploying microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of distributed databases like Cassandra and stream processing frameworks like Apache Flink
- Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and deploying scalable and resilient microservices applications
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles
- Ability to lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Architect and implement scalable and resilient microservices applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them in best practices and design patterns
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to enhance the capabilities of the development team
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical meetings to ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline the software development process
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology, and leverage them to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software development
