Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and team management

• Strong expertise in MERN stack, Python, and Azure

• Hands-on leader with coding skills, able to dive into code when needed

• Experience managing a 10+ member tech team

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Must have own laptop

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Understand and document technical requirements

• Provide architectural and technical guidance

• Evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements

Team & Project Management

• Allocate tasks and track progress in a 10-member team

• Ensure timely delivery and resolve technical challenges

• Maintain development standards

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work with founders to align tech with business needs

• Collaborate with clients and customer success teams to enhance adoption

• Ensure solutions are scalable and feasible

Job Details

• Location: Remote for 8 months, then Bangalore
