Lead and manage our Integrations Development team, providing technical guidance, support, and constant feedback;
- Optimize our integration partnerships with different solutions and apps;
- Create and implement efficient strategies for the integration of systems, guaranteeing interoperability and process speed;

Work across multiple product and business teams to solve complex business problems in simple ways;
- Monitor and ensure our standards on quality, system security, and performance across the product lifecycle;
- Identify and proactively resolve any obstacle that may arise during the development or implementation of an integration;

Promote a collaborative and motivating work environment to make the team thrive;
- Provide process updates at regular intervals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization;
What will help you thrive?
- Experience with software development - a solid understanding of programming languages, relational databases, and frameworks relevant to our operations (e.g. Node.js, PHP, and Python, to name a few);
- Robust experience leading technical teams - a skilled communicator, person of action, and problem solver;
- Proficiency in cloud services, especially AWS, along with practical knowledge of EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway;
- Experience with project management, including planning, development, and control of integration projects;

Advanced English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and a go-getter attitude;

- Experience in projects of critical integration, requiring high availability and scalability;
- A working understanding of ASP Classic;
