Position summary
A Tech CRM Manager plays a critical role in enhancing Omio’s CRM system to improve customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency. He/She will join a team of CRM specialists and work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Product and Customer Service to ensure that CRM technology solutions support the company's strategic objectives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation, configuration and optimization of the CRM system
Knowledge of CRM fundamentals such as segmentation, email deliverability, A/B split testing, HTML, dynamic logic and CRM best practices.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Work with developers and IT teams to customize CRM functionalities as needed (e.g., creating workflows, reports, dashboards).
Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Define and maintain CRM best practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability
Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy in the CRM system.
Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement and business outcomes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop documentation for processes, user guides, and system configurations
Experience:
Solid, hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce or others, 2–3 years experience working in an e-commerce environment
strong understanding of product, marketing and customer service processes
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM platforms, including customization and integrations.
Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and third-party integrations.
Experience in data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
