Are you ready to unleash your full potential in the first ever Tech colledge program in Helsinki?
Join us for a 5-month long deep-dive into the tech consulting world and boost your professional growth with personalised 1:1 coaching from senior Netlighters. Connect with a global network of 2,000+ professionals, tackle challenges from tech, creativity, and business perspectives, and boost your expertise and network with like-minded students. This is a program for 1st or 2nd year master students within Computer science or similar IT studies. We hope that you have some relevant work experience or experience from internships within software engineering.
The selection process
For you to know wether this is a program for you, you will take part in a selection process that will start by the end of September. The final decision regarding the Tech colledge generation 2025 will be made by beginning of December 2024. So you can expect to hear from us by then!
During the selection process you will have a chat with a Talent Searcher in Helsinki with the purpose of familiarizing yourself with the program, understanding you motivators and expectations. If we are still aligned, you will have the opportunity to meet with Netlight consultants to discuss your competence, previous experience, technical skills and motivation.
Program (to be finalised during November 2024)
Kick-off in mid of January 2025
3-4 sessions around consulting and tech during February and May
Tech colledge graduation in May 2025
Please note that the sessions will be happening onsite at the Netlight office in Helsinki (Pohjoisesplanadi 33 A) and the one-on-one mentoring sessions will be agreed upon between the mentor and the mentee.
This is not a trainee program (no salary) rather a program to help you grow as a professional.
