Position Summary

 

Sikich is seeking a Client Marketing Manager for our Technology group, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating closely with internal sales and our Client Engagement teams to create campaigns that deepen relationships with existing clients, promote customer retention, and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping marketing strategies targeted at our existing client base.

Your channel marketing experience and demand generation success will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

 

What will you do in this role?

 

Deliver campaign reporting, measure effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and retain existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. This will include Account Based Marketing programs for existing clients to increase revenue and sales pipeline.

  • Manage all client-facing communications, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns, to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Establish and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and leverage satisfied clients as brand ambassadors, driving referrals and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote additional products and services.
  • Gather feedback from clients through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, and use insights to continuously improve our products, services, and client experience.
  • Plan and execute client events, webinars, and workshops to foster relationships, provide value-added content, and promote thought leadership within the client community.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of client marketing initiatives, and regularly report on results to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team for PPC campaigns, digital ads, landing pages and website content as needed.

 

 

 

What do you need to succeed in this role?

 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry or with ERP software.
  • Proficient in marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and events.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, PR or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, project management, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience in the development of multi-touch campaigns and execution of email marketing, digital advertising, content creation, SEM, sales enablement and Account Based Marketing.
  • Strong analytic capabilities
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and embrace agility as changes occur.
