About the Bootcamp:
Charles IT’s 3-month in-house T.E.C.H. Bootcamp is designed to provide practical, real-world experience in:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Active Directory user and group management.
- Printer and peripheral installations.
- New desktop setups and configurations.
- Office 365 administration.
- Basic server maintenance and administration.
- Customer network audits.
- Addressing first-level security incidents (e.g., phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts).
- Computer imaging and setup.
- Resolving client tickets via phone or email.
Responsibilities:
As a T.E.C.H Bootcamp participant, you will:
- Support administrative and general office tasks.
- Assist with IT services and projects, including on-site deliveries and equipment drop-offs.
- Image laptops and desktops for inventory management.
- Learn and navigate our ticketing system, a vital tool for our operations.
- Complete self-paced technical training and certification programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals

Requirements
- Must commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week for the entire 90-day program.
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in a help desk or similar IT role.
- Certifications from CompTIA, or Microsofted are a plus!
- A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute meaningfully to the team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing is required
