As Team Lead People Operations (m/f/x) at sevDesk, you will take on a central role in our company, reporting directly to the VP of People & Culture, and be responsible for leading the People Operations & Office Management team. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Together with your team, you will drive, optimize, and standardize our core processes to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- You will lead and develop the People Operations & Office Management team both professionally and disciplinarily, aiming to ensure high-quality work and flawless work processes.
- You are responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant HR processes and procedures throughout the entire employee lifecycle in the area of People Operations, ensuring compliance with all labor law regulations and guidelines.
- As the point of contact for complex HR-related questions and challenges, you will support the team in finding solutions and provide advice as required.
- You will manage cross-team HR projects and be responsible for processes and systemic changes, including those related to Compensation & Benefits and our employee participation via VSOPs.
- You will collaborate with the HR Business Partner, Legal & Finance, HR Controlling, and the P&C Leadership Team.
- You should possess a degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in People Operations, with relevant knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax law, and you have demonstrated leadership experience. Preferably, you also have experience in office management topics.
- Ideally, you have experience in an international and dynamic (technology) environment and a proven track record in implementing HR strategy.
- Your excellent interpersonal skills complement your ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Our headquarters and approximately 70% of our employees are located near Offenburg, Germany. Regular presence there is a relevant success driver.
