The Role:

The Team Supervisor, SMB Vendor Sales has supervisory oversight responsibilities for specific Vendor Enrollment team members. The Team Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of the team, motivating the Vendor Enrollment team, driving team morale, mentoring team members, and leading by example.  This candidate will be well versed in Payer campaign details, an expert at handling role related inquiries from team members as well as Vendors, and have a strong understanding of team members’ strengths in order to allocate the most appropriate resources to the campaigns.   

How you'll contribute: 

  • Be a subject matter expert for the Vendor Enrollment function, expertly positioning the value of Paymode-X for the Vendor community and handling Vendor inquiries.
  • Manages onboarding and training of new hire employees.
  • Supports team members by answering and responding to first line of questions.
  • Organizing and hosting trainings designed to educate the team on campaign nuances, operational SOPs and sales best practices in order to maximize enrollment results.
  • Monitors and tracks campaign and team performance and communicates key performance metrics, successes, and problem solving recommendations with peers and senior management.
  • Effectively considers challenges end to end and comes up with solutions to resolve them including but not limited to entering JIRA tickets for product issues identified by the team.
  • Develops strong relationships with other Bottomline teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process.

  • Ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and possess superior organization and time management skills.
  • Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation
  • Outbound calling experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Experience working directly with customers in an outbound calling environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams in an outbound calling environment
