Veeva Systems is looking for a driven, self-motivated Leader looking to get exposure to a critical growth industry with Life Sciences with a passion for empowering a team of strong professionals working closely with pharma and biotech companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology.
Veeva’s Development Cloud helps organizations eliminate silos and transform business processes across clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and quality management with greater efficiency and compliance.
As a member of the EU Post-Implementation leadership team, the Regulatory Team Manager will be responsible for three main areas:
Build a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants focusing on RIM R&D Post-Implementation work for both SMB and Global accounts (Biotech and large Biopharma)
Help our clients keep their Production Vaults updated with new Features and Best Practices to ensure customer success
Design, plan and drive long-term service growth for a leading cloud software company
Serve as a point of RIM leadership for selected Biotech and large Biopharma accounts
While this is a remote position working off-site with our customers within the EMEA region, occasional on-site meetings may occur. All EU nationalities or EU work permit holders are welcome to join our multi-cultural team.
What You'll Do
- Lead a customer-facing team, including resource planning, follow up with their utilization, and ensure their professional growth, leading to Employee Success
- Act as liaison managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams
- Engage with Emerging Biotech customers, acting as an escalation point
- Work together with the EU R&D Post-Implementation leadership team to ensure Customer Success after application implementation was completed for all sizes of customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Operational or Support Leadership role
- 5+ years of experience working in in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management, or an adjacent business role, ideally in a life science setting
- Proven track record of hiring in Hungary or Poland in the IT industry
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to handle customer escalations, finding an agreement, reaching Customer Success
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree (At least a Bachelor’s degree is required)
- Legal right to work across Europe
Nice to Have
- Certification in ITIL ® 4
- Experience in the Pharma Regulatory, Quality, or Clinical spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
- Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, BioClinica, IMPACT, Siebel CTMS, Wingspan eTMF, InForm EDC, RAVE, docuBridge, Global Register, goBalto or other QMS, CTMS, RIM, RegIntel, EDC, LMS, eTMF, Study Start-up (SSU) or Safety applications
- Fluency in more than one European language
