ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To manage, control and motivate assigned Game presenters and / or Shufflers in order to reach set targets and improve the performance, thereby increasing the quality of service the company provides
- To ensure and monitor closely and continuously the professional level of service and other related activities in real time during the shift on the assigned gaming tables
- To ensure the company's promotional activities and marketing activities with the appropriate attributes, equipment, outfits etc., according to customer preferences and company’s policies and keep track on its adequacy
- To follow up and summarize daily work performance of subordinated employees in accordance with management targets
- To organize team and face to face monthly meetings with Game presenters and / or Shufflers to provide clear and constructive feedback to discuss individual and team performances, actual information about company and future work plan
- To identify the employee's career prospects and to advance it on the achievement
- To motivate and inspire assigned Game presenters and / or Shufflers to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, and cohesive, positive team effort
- To take part in new employees’ training process and evaluate the need for new training for existing employees
- To train Game presenters effectively use communication skills to improve customer service level in the company
- To summarize information and prepare daily reports and any other reports required by company’s management
- To act in a professional manner to maintain an orderly positive work atmosphere
- To take initiative for improvements of the operations and deliver general feedback from the operations staff, the players, and the licensees
- To represent company’s management and their interests, considering confidentiality and diplomacy
- To immediately report to the management of any significant or special incident that requires attention
- To ensure with game policies and procedures related observance and implement newly introduced rules and procedures and inform operation personnel about these rules and procedures within the competence of held position
- To evaluate Game presenters and / or shufflers during probation period and provide recommendations about continuation or discontinuation of employees’ labor relations
- To supervise gaming tables to ensure that game presenters, shufflers and players are not involved in dishonest activities
- To have excellent knowledge of all games provided by the company and be able to apply and explain strategies and rules employed in those games
- To replace an absent colleague within the competence of held position as requested by the management
- To carry out any additional duties within the competence of held position as instructed by the management
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of management related experience.
- At least 1 year of gaming related experience.
- Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
- Good cooperation skills and be able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations.
- Maintain a professional and clear communication with employees.
- Ability to teach and explain company's policies and procedures.
- Be able to give constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Be able to operate Office equipment (printers, copiers, phones, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming Control Board license through the MGCB
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability
