·        Actively look for performance-based improvements for their site

·        Conduct all HR and workforce related administration

Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements for a Team Manager:

·        Extensive experience in a warehouse distribution management role

·        Ability to identify areas for improved processes and enhanced productivity

·        Strong management and leadership skills to promote & improve productivity and performance

·        Excellent analytical skills to identify business requirements against performance metrics

·        3PL experience advantageous

·        Overall the role would suit established Team Leader's, Supervisor, First Line Managers and Shift Managers, currently within the logistics sector.
