The Role
Post-Implementation services are provided to our R&D and Commercial customers after they have started using Veeva applications. Our purpose is to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure that they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer.
Our Central Europe CDP team consists of 25+ Associate Consultants located in Hungary and Poland. Due to the rapid growth of our client portfolio, we are growing our team every year and opening many career opportunities for our new and existing employees. As a Team Manager for the Central Europe CDP team, you will grow the team in Hungary and Poland, nurture early career professionals that are looking to grow as IT consultants in the Life Sciences industry. You will work closely with the global Generation Veeva leadership team mentoring the next Veeva generation focused on Consultant Development. You will also actively collaborate with post-implementation leadership teams, ensuring the right customer engagement match for the Associate Consultants, picking up the right skills and knowledge through their journey as they develop into Consultants.
To thrive in this role, you likely enjoy coaching. You have been working in customer-facing roles, speak fluent English, and have strong interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 10+ Associate Consultants who deliver excellent IT consulting services to customers through post-implementation projects
- Attract, recruit, hire, and onboard fresh graduate talent in Hungary and Poland into Veeva Services Consultant aligned with the Veeva hiring process
- Execute and innovate the onboarding of new Associate Consultants and supplement on-the-job learning
- Implement effective mentoring and career pathing for Associate Consultants
- Own performance management of your team to ensure success on projects, core consulting skills development, and integration into future services practices upon promotion
- Build strong relationships with broader Veeva Professional Services and Generation Veeva to foster cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing role
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
- Strong interviewing, hiring, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently with direct reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand individual needs and provide solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills with both early-career contributors and senior leadership
- Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environment
- Willingness to commute to your office, collaborate with your direct team, and build relationships with broader Professional Services teams
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for key internal meetings and team trainings
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience leading early career development programs
- Prior experience leading IT services/consulting teams in the Life Sciences industry
- Business coaching exam/experience is a plus
