Team Leader Quality Engineering

  • Leading the Quality Engineers and responsible maintaining the System according ISO9001 and deploying quality strategy/road map
  • Representing Quality in Management Team Senec
  • Ensure evaluation, negotiation and fulfillment of quality requirements within customer contracts
  • Ensure application and improvement of all quality process: failure management and problem solving, control of measurement equipment, incoming inspection, auditing, quality planning and control within development processes for the whole value chain of a product
  • Support and guidance of production staff and other relevant departments to ensure fulfillment or all customer requirements within their processes
  • Identification of optimization potential through independent analysis of processes and data
  • Further development of our methodological competence in terms of modern problem-solving methods
  • Management of improvement and problem-solving projects
  • Training staff members on the quality control processes and policies
  • Conducting in-house audits of product inventory and documentation
  • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area of responsibility
  • Professionalize through digitalization the product quality in order to meet customer requirements and satisfaction

• University Technical, Quality oriented
• Experience in leading position
• English and Slovak language advanced written and spoken is essential

• MS Office and ERP knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience in quality department
• Experience with customer-, system-, process-, and production audits

• Experience and knowledge in quality tools knowledge (e.g. Six-Sigma, 8D, 5WHY, statistics, MSA, FMEA, DoE)
• Technical knowledge
• Knowledge and experience in the quality system according to ISO 9001 or beyond
• Advanced knowledge of statistic
