Summary: The Team Leader QA/QC plays a critical role in maintaining and improving product quality by overseeing the implementation of the site’s quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. This position leads a quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages customer complaints, and ensures compliance with internal and external quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader capable of fostering a culture of excellence while balancing operational demands with quality goals.
