Summary: The Team Leader QA/QC plays a critical role in maintaining and improving product quality by overseeing the implementation of the site’s quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. This position leads a quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages customer complaints, and ensures compliance with internal and external quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader capable of fostering a culture of excellence while balancing operational demands with quality goals.


Tasks:

  • Lead the implementation of the site’s QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop the QA/QC team, setting clear SMART goals, and driving performance.
  • Align site quality objectives with global strategies and ensure achievement of quality targets through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Handle internal and external complaints, drive corrective actions, and implement measures to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Lead small to medium-sized quality improvement initiatives to optimize processes and product quality.
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits, manage quality reviews, and ensure audit findings are addressed.
  • Manage all quality documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date records, and compliance.
  • Oversee the training program to ensure the team adheres to established quality standards and procedures.
