Team Leader & Project Manager - Client Facing & Intranet

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader & Project Manager to join our team as the head of e-Banking. This role is ideal for an IT sector professional with a strong background in team management and project management, particularly in client-facing platforms and financial technology products.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the e-Banking team consisting of 7 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure all team members achieve their goals according to agreed planning with a high level of quality.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and gather feedback following Scrum methodology.
  • Develop and implement team-building activities to boost morale and enhance team performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them reach their potential.
  • Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation processes.

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resources, timelines, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and create detailed reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and management, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Implement risk management processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate any risks that could affect project success.

Product Management:

  • Manage and monitor the production environment strategy.
  • Collaborate on defining and managing the product roadmap for our platforms based on customer needs, market trends, and the strategic direction of the company.
  • Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, partners, sales, and customer support.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Collaborate with the development team to manage software releases, updates, and patches in the production environment without disrupting ongoing services.
  • Oversee and manage the production environment of platforms, ensuring stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with various teams to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and participate in security patching processes and disaster recovery planning exercises.
  • Work closely with customer support and service teams to resolve any customer-facing issues related to the production environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the production environment.

Service Owner for External Solutions:

  • Act as the service owner for external cloud applications 
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Follow up on production matters.
  • Manage the roadmap and deployment processes.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader and Project Manager in the IT sector.
  • Experience with client-facing platforms or related financial technology products is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Languages: English and French: Fluent.
