Job Purpose
Rentokil Boecker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians,
- Ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients,
- Provide training and support to team members,
- Monitor and evaluate team performance,

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns,

- Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively,
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
