ABOUT THIS JOB:

Team Leader acts as a main point of contact from Input Validation team to other Operations departments within the particular country. Close cooperation with other Team Leaders, Cluster Leader if necessary also Service Leader or Commercial Leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the team from a functional and operational point of view within IV for the assigned geographical scope.
  • monitoring team's KPI, and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area,
  • identifying and addressing process gaps, securing process compliance,
  • planning and executing of medium-sized/small projects,
  • ensure service projects are planned and executed to schedule and scope,
  • RCA and escalation management,
  • working with people development plans and supporting the ongoing growth.
  • Accountable for team workload schedule and production planning
  • Driver for the team’s engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Leadership experience and/or Good knowledge of NIQ E2E process
  • IV experience would be beneficial
  • Profound combination of people management and operational skills, 
  • Combination of deep operational skills combined with people orientation,
  • Excellent communication skills including English language (verbal and written),
  • Problem Solving, Decision-Making skills and Crisis Management
  • Ability to manage and engage a team,
  • Delegating and executing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback,
  • Ability to quickly react to escalations and to find solutions.
