Team Leader

Datamark, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional performance. You will drive operational excellence, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure that all members are empowered to succeed.

The Team Leader will be expected to communicate effectively with team members, motivate them to reach their full potential, and support their professional growth. You will lead by example, fostering a positive culture where ideas are welcomed, and solutions are implemented. Your ability to track performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement process improvements will be critical to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse team, guiding them toward achieving departmental and organizational objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor team metrics and report on progress to higher management
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and share updates
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and operational procedures
  • Act as a liaison between team members and upper management
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and accountability

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to set clear goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
  • Experience in developing team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively
