Your role:

As the Team Lead Website (m/f/d) you take ownership of our website as one of our most powerful, effective and versatile communication channels. With your broad knowledge of website and webshop strategies you help tado° grow through data driven decisions and activities. Website architecture, information structures, SEO as well as UX, user flows, and CRO are your area of expertise. 

You analyze the website in terms of traffic and conversion. By analyzing visitor behavior and translating it into actions and improvements, you optimize the customer journey and achieve the defined objectives.

The combination of both analysis and practical implementation is something that gives you a lot of energy. You love to explore possible opportunities and don't let go until you have a detailed plan. With your natural enthusiasm, you know how to involve all relevant stakeholders and provide them with accurate information in a timely manner. Your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude will allow us to take the next step in our digital marketing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the product manager for the company's website, owning the vision, strategy and roadmap as well as making sure the website aligns to the business goals and delivers great user experience.
  • Ensure a solid CRO strategy including testing plans, analysis, implications and implementation of results.
  • Manage the process of developing new designs & functionalities, from initial concept to driving user engagement, desires and conversions through research and testing.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of website projects, including content updates, CMS improvements and UX/UI enhancements.
  • Together with the IT team ensure further development of the website capabilities, website stability, proper data tracking and implementation of other tools.
  • Provide effective leadership to a team of CRO, SEO and content management specialists.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs and goals, provide guidance and foster a collaborative, productive team environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and support professional development.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, (Digital) Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including website development, information architecture, user experience, funnel optimization, SEO, CRO, data tracking, website analytics and content management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse, international team.
  • Experience with e-commerce shops and/or related platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including content creators, marketeers, IT professionals and management.

Big Plus:

  • Experience with Shopify and/or Contentful
  • Experience with managing D2C shops
  • German, English, or Dutch is your native language
